Immanuel CSI church

Immanuel CSI Church, Elizabeth, New Jersey is a friendly, caring church with a growing fellowship celebrating children and families, encouraging teens, and young people, supporing and nuturing adults and seniors. We are a Church seeking to offer God's love through worshinp service and bible study. Immanuel CSI Church was inagurated and dedicated on November 1st, 2007 by Rev. Thomas Samuel, Bishop, CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese. We are located at 780 Salem Avenue, Elizabeth, New Jersey. We welcome all to join us for the worship.

Immanuel CSI church is relatively one of the youngest CSI congregation in North America. There was no CSI congregation in the state of New Jersey and the CSI Christians residing in this state had to travel to the neighboring states like New York or Pennsylvania to attend church services. So a CSI church was essential in New Jersey and hence few CSI Christian families got together and started a small CSI congregation under the leadership of Rev. Samuel Ninan. By God’s grace more families joined this group and Immanuel CSI church was inaugurated and dedicated on November 1st, 2007 by Rt. Rev Thomas Samuel, Bishop , CSI Madhya Kerala diocese. This congregation is affiliated to the Madhya Kerala Diocese of CSI.

Rev. Samuel Ninan was the first Vicar of Immanuel CSI church. Under his leadership and ministry God blessed the congregation .
